These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bduu ("bduu", "we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://bduu.io. By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise using any feature of the bduu platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the bduu Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the bduu platform in any capacity. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on bduu, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bduu does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting market on the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law applicable to you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account on bduu that was closed, suspended, or terminated for violations of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of bduu or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering under any undue external influence or pressure.

Each player may hold only one active account on the bduu platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, email, IP address, device, or payment method — are strictly prohibited. bduu reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any bets or transactions associated with them.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

bduu operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gaming commitments. You may be required to provide documentation to verify your identity, address, age, and payment method ownership at any stage of your relationship with the platform.

Acceptable documents for identity verification include, but are not limited to, a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. For address verification, a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months is typically acceptable. Additional documentation may be requested at bduu's discretion.

Until KYC verification is complete, bduu reserves the right to restrict withdrawals, limit deposits, and suspend betting and gaming activity on your account. Withdrawals will not be processed for accounts that have not completed the required verification steps. bduu will not be liable for any delay in processing a withdrawal that results from incomplete or pending KYC documentation.

• Submit requested documents within 7 calendar days of the verification request.
• Documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered — digitally cropped or edited documents will not be accepted.
• bduu will process KYC documents within 3 business days of receipt of a complete submission.
• Players who fail to complete KYC within the allotted time may have their accounts restricted or closed.

bduu supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own name. bduu does not accept third-party deposits or withdrawals under any circumstances. Where a payment method cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder, the transaction will be declined and the account may be flagged for review.

Withdrawals are processed during operating hours on Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6). Black Diamond VIP members receive priority processing and their withdrawal requests are handled ahead of the standard queue. bduu does not charge internal processing fees on withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• bduu reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Chargebacks, reversals, or disputes raised through payment providers without first contacting bduu support will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
• Funds deposited in error must be reported to support immediately. bduu will make reasonable efforts to recover and return such funds but cannot guarantee recovery in all cases.
• bduu is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or mobile financial service provider.

bduu offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladeshi calendar (e.g., Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, Victory Day). General bonus conditions that apply to all bduu promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where applicable, passed KYC verification.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, household, IP address, and payment method is permitted.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.

The bduu Black Diamond VIP Programme is a tiered loyalty scheme available to all registered players. Progression through the programme tiers is based on loyalty points accumulated through qualifying real-money play. bduu is committed to maintaining a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in any way not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities — any such exploitation discovered must be reported to support immediately rather than used for personal gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the bduu platform to process deposits and withdrawals for the purpose of disguising the origin of funds.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers across multiple accounts (bonus abuse).
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions imposed by bduu.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour toward bduu staff or other players via any communication channel.

bduu employs real-time monitoring tools and conducts regular audits of player activity, betting patterns, and transaction histories to detect prohibited conduct. Players found to be in violation of this section may have their accounts closed without notice and without any obligation to return funds held in the account.

bduu reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.

Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned via the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

All content on the bduu platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content (as licensed from third-party providers), and all other materials — is the intellectual property of bduu or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bduu platform for your own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, frame, scrape, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of bduu.

bduu does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, and circumstances beyond bduu's reasonable control (including internet connectivity failures, acts of God, or government actions) may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. bduu will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance windows in advance.

bduu's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises.

bduu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bduu will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform homepage. The updated Terms will specify the effective date of the changes.

Your continued use of the bduu platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the bduu platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to international online gaming operations, as determined by bduu's operating jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute between you and bduu, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance to attempt to resolve the matter informally. bduu commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and to working in good faith toward a fair resolution.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration as the preferred method of dispute resolution. Class action suits and group claims against bduu are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
